		<description>Thanks Steve, you talk a lot of common sense and it&#039;s often that &#039;common sense&#039; that escapes us when we face situations that we find particularly challenging - it&#039;s so easy to blame ourselves for things that are totally out of our control and to waste precious time beating ourselves up. I think it takes courage to move forward into our future when it&#039;s been turned on it&#039;s head and most people have it by the bucket load - they just don&#039;t realise how strong they are.  Keep up the good work !</description>
