Video blog post? I love it and will shamelessly steal that idea for my own blog. :-)
I also would add that in step one one must also have a win win mindset to be able to take on those risks. So I try to think of any endeavor as something that will move me closer to getting what I want or learning something that will assist me in achieving my goal. That way any opportunity is a 'win win' as opposed to either succeeding or failing. I think that mindset is critical in the process of learning how to be more confident.

@Rosy: You're very welcome hun.
@James: With my bald patch, rinse and repeat is just a metaphor these days...
@Chad: Not too much at all. The key is to reframe that stuff as no big deal - as long as you think it matters it will. Say it with me - "It just doesn't matter".
@Joe: The video's are a work in progress and I'll be trying a few different things out. Thanks for the tips.
@Kate: Thanks Kate - much appreciated.

Hey steve, good clarity have a couple of ideas I want to do myself but you're ahead of me on stuff. Anyway, try either writing your points on whiteboard or have graphics/text come into the screen to expand what you're talking about. Talking head gets old after a while. Light seemed to come and go..might mute light if from window.

Great video blog post! My problem is, when I do open myself up to those things in step 1, recognize what I'm hiding from in step 2, take that risk in step 3...step 4. I do laugh, but it's usually like "you idiot...how stupid did you look?" I just can't seem to shake it and it causes me to not want to repeat.

I think I shared a little too much.

Ha ha! Great first one, Steve! Check that! (And that was a good distance from the camera, good clarity, nice backdrop - how many CDs do you own?)

Rinse and repeat. Aye!
