		<description>@Walter: You make a good point, but while I agree that *most* things can be learned, I also believe that you could work for years to improve a weakness only to be &#039;average&#039; at it.  I think that energy and focus is best spent on leveraging your strengths and talents instead.  I definately agree with your last sentence - nicely put :D</description>

In every aspect of specialties we all differ; some will be good at the things we are not and we may display mastery at things where others flounder. This being said, it is important to remember that everything can be learned. If we keep ourselves open to new possibilities, we will always evolve for the better. :-)</description>
