Besides a great ending, it is so true. If you feel comfortable in your position at work, speak up and take chances. After all, "what the hell?" If you aren't comfortable at work, apply for that great job out on the market. I was lucky enough to get the awesome position I'm in now, because I thought "what the hell?". all of those strange ideas that have popped into my head since I've been here I've bounced off people in power, who ended up backing me on them!! You won't ever be someone that stands out, unless you speak up. After all, "what the hell?". That is SUCH a GREAT video! Besides a great ending, it is so true.
