A whole bunch of my confidence-building work with clients is based on what I call the 5 Principles of Self-Confidence, which are the rules, laws, truths (or whatever word you’d prefer to use) for the way your self-confidence operates and what impacts it.
I’ve observed these principles in action during the 6 years that I’ve been coaching, so they’re grounded in a weight of evidence and reality.
