He inspired a lot of us. I keep "The Last Lecture" book on my desk and look at when I'm feeling overwhelmed. Thinking about how Randy Pausch stayed positive and kep his sense of humor in the direst of circumstances helps me keep my little problems in perspective. Also, I really like your blog!
