The Confidence Guy

Wired into Truly Confident Living

Mar 04

Here’s a little video post that, besides offering a key strategy for building confidence and having more fun, could make you either smile or throw-up.

So what would you love to say “What the Hell” to?  What have you just said “What the Hell” to, and what happened?

FANTASTIC…had me rolling around on the floor. After all these years did not know you looked so cute from behind! xx

  • Steve

@Marna: Lol, should I have got a butt double?

  • Irena

I love you, man! It is Monday, I am at the office, starting a day, starting a week, and just saw the post. I was laughing so hard. It was good I was alone in the office at that time. :)
    Can’t hide a smile anymore.
    Love your posts.

  • Steve

@Irena: Laughing with me and not *at* me I hope… Glad I could make you smile on a Monday morning!

  • kathleen

    Sweet “cheeks” and great message.

  • Steve

@Kathleen: Just read that as “great massage” – yes please. You gonna say What the Hell to something?

  • http://www.nancybiz.com Nancy

    Funny? Totally!!
    Thought provoking? That, too.
LOL! Then stopped to almost cry at missed opportunities in my life…

I’m adopting this as my new attitude! “What the hell!”

  • moo

    What the hell…was that?

A lot of effort. somewhat self-absorbed.

But true. You could also just say “go for it”.

  • Steve

@Nancy: Just don’t do anything illegal, it doesn’t apply to stealing cars ;P

  • Steve

@moo: Could have said “go for it”, for sure, there’s a ring about “What the hell” I kinda like though. Self-absorbed? Moi?

OMG, Steve! Priceless! Powerful message and an absolutely freakin’ brilliant (and hysterical) ending. LOVE it!

I co-facilitate the Rich, Happy & Hot Virtual Mastery program with Marie Forleo. It’s a group coaching program for women entrepreneurs that blends living in the moment with biz building. I’m going to send all our fab peeps over here to check out your vid. They’ve simply got to see it. ;)

That is SUCH a GREAT video! Besides a great ending, it is so true. If you feel comfortable in your position at work, speak up and take chances. After all, “what the hell?” If you aren’t comfortable at work, apply for that great job out on the market. I was lucky enough to get the awesome position I’m in now, because I thought “what the hell?”. all of those strange ideas that have popped into my head since I’ve been here I’ve bounced off people in power, who ended up backing me on them!! You won’t ever be someone that stands out, unless you speak up. After all, “what the hell?”.

  • Steve

@Leah: Awesome – you’re so right and a prime example of how to say “what the hell” to those seemingly crazy ideas. It’s those crazy ideas that just might bring you the stuff you’re looking for, or it might even change the world :)

    Steve:

I’m not sure how I found your site – it was a link in something else I was reading I think.

This is priceless! I first watched this video a couple of days ago and had to come back to watch again. I laughed the first time, but like someone else said, this time I cried.

You took a risk with your ending. I’ve always been so afraid to take a risk, but I’m not even sure what I’m afraid of. This video made me realize that most of what I’m afraid to risk is really no more serious that your risk.

I’ve wasted soooo much time being afraid. Needlessly!!! I’m going to come back and watch this often. What a powerful message for me! I’m also making myself a little sign to hang by my desk — What the Hell!!!

Thank you so much and I look forward to more inspiration – although I can’t believe you could top this one! :-)

@Ruby: If my bottom can help you take more risks then it was all worth it ;) Awesome that you’re inspired to get out there in your own life – will you let me know how you get on?
