Sure, I’m generalising a little here, but let me be really clear – I see this every day when I’m working with clients.
The desire to succeed and deliver is one to be applauded, but only if it means something to the individual who’s putting the hard graft in. Weeks 3-4
This is where the rubber really hits the road. In weeks 3 and 4 you’ll start digging deep and learning more about how your confidence works. You’ll also be using what you’ve learned so far to get out there in your life to build your inner confidence.
- You’ll figure out what your natural talents and strengths are – the things that aren’t going anywhere that will get you great results.
- You’ll see exactly where you’re selling yourself short and not giving yourself credit
- You’ll identify specific strategies and actions that will improve your self-confidence

Weeks 5-6

- You’ll spot the tricks your brain uses to keep your confidence low in certain areas, and you’ll know why your brain does that.
- You’ll have strategies for managing that voice in your head that puts you down, fuels your doubts and tells you that you can’t have, don’t want or aren’t good enough to get what you want.
- You’ll see why it is that you sometimes lose yourself in the middle of everything that’s going on, and you’ll have strategies for filling your life with the things that make you feel like you again.
- You’ll know the roles you play in your life and how they impact your level of confidence.

- You’ll know what to add into your life to fuel your self-confidence for the long term

Weeks 7-8
The home straight. By now you’ve accomplished a heck of a lot, and the final 2 weeks gives you more tools and strategies and wraps things up neatly so you can keep going with everything you’ve learned and achieved.
